I've always liked cats. Dogs never seem to like me and the feeling is mutual. My dislike of dogs started when I was a kid and got bit a couple of times by shitty neighborhood dogs. You can keep all that walking the dog and picking up their shite nonsense, too.

I used to have dogs, but I traveled too much, so I switched to cats because they are lower maintenance. I have 3 rescues, and they are all great cats. 2 hide at any strange noise. One has never met a stranger. All 3 will take you down for Temptation treats. The male outweighs the 2 females combined, but they run his life.

I like cats myself. When they're young they are fun to watch but also very mischievous and love climbing shite they have no reason to be climbing. Sort of like kids on crack. When they get older and more mellow they're easy to maintain and very loving on their timetable.
They are badass and pretty much run the streets. Only thing beating a cat is another cat. They have astonishing physical capabilities pound for pound. And they bring gifts in the form of smaller animals. Sometimes dead, sometimes not.

I miss my cat; we had no mice or rats when he was around.

Damn straight. I hate cats but I hate rats worse. We own one just to take care of rodents and this animal is on point. I find rat carcasses at least once a month.

I reluctantly gave in to getting cats years ago. I actually think they are pretty cool to watch but they belong outdoors and they offer little in the way of affection.

We have one that loves belly rubs as much as any dog I've ever owned. If I'm not giving her attention, she'll just walk up and give me a little bite on the calf, then take off running. Dog people like to think otherwise, but cats have way more personality than a dog. Dogs are more like furry toddlers, requiring constant attention.

I do love dogs and have had them my entire life, but they're just not the same.

We saved a kitten back in June, and her and our pup have become best friends.

While I always preferred dogs by a lot, I still love cats and I wouldn't mind getting one.

Cats are assholes. The one that was nice to you will be an a-hole to you the next time he sees you. It's just a cat thing.

They are useful for clearing your property of mice, rats, snakes, etc.
