Just had my offer accepted on my first home purchase!!

I know many here might not care, or even remember my old screen name(7thwardtiger) and my journey from felon to Owlie and Oweo rap shoutouts to father to corporate America management, but, i just entered a contract to buy my first home and I’m super exited and wanted to share.
