Well,he shouldn't. That expression,while vague and somewhat of a dog whistle, doesn't imply every white person is racist regardless of what some far left people say. With that said those who do believe all whites are racists are as bad as these racists they claim to loathe.

No, that's not what "systemic racism" means, but it seems lots of folks posting here wish to consider themselves victimized by prevailing powers/ sentiment.

Now, I have no idea if that is the case here. But, words matter and systemic racism absolutely does not mean that all white people are racist.
