Home field advantage won't be good enough. LSU will have negative offensive yards and Moreno and Stafford will be unstoppable.

we have lb and cb issues.

I'm going to need a link to determine these LB issues you speak of. Beckwith, Riley, Sheppard, Curtrera. That's four deep with our increasingly prevalent nickel package vs. spread teams.

You are going to see a lot of Chad Jones as a quasi-OLB/quasi-safety/quasi-NB sort of role even against non-spread teams. This leaves two LB spots that need to be filled. Beckwith, Riley with Curtrera and Sheppard rotating in.

My eyes are watering from laughing so hard. Just like any of the flamers on here are going to give UGA props for coming down there and kicking your asses. I can already hear the excuses.

Clowns like you don't learn much from history, so you're doomed to repeat it.

Like '03, UGA will have a ton of hype before 10/25, then after losing, a ton of excuses for why they lost.

Like '03, UGA fans will shout "wait 'til the SECCG--we'll get payback with our home-field advantage", then after getting hammered in Atlanta, will wonder what the hell happened? Maybe your legislature can pass a resolution banning LSU from SEC membership to prevent such future injustices to their beloved team.

UGA is like LSU's little brother--always following 2 steps behind & talking about what they're going to do, but never quite doing it.

Well Ohio St. did have one of the better ranking defenses in the nation last year. Even if they are overated, they were still pretty good. My point, which you fail to see, is that our offensive coordinator will be able to score points on

defense - this includes UGA.

You had better hope Georgia's offense can score. What I love about UGA having to score points to win in B.R. is that ya'll are a run happy offense, which plays well into our hand of being a great run defense (especially if it is not a gimmick running offense).

Good luck on gameday, but your team better come ready to play ball.

And both were home games for UGA (yes, the sec championship game included). This year the game won't be in Georgia.

And both the 03 games were against Saban, not Miles. Richt has faced Miles once..and we spanked you. If 03 is relevant to the discussion (it ain't in my opinion) then 05 when both teams had the same coaches certainly is (and it won't matter this year either).

It's gonna be a great game. Can't wait.

The exact point I was making, but obviously these dipstick UGA fans can't see it.

They'll see on 10/25. Death Valley has never been more deadly.

I think home field is a much greater advantage than any Saban/Miles coaching advantage you think you may have gained. By the way, that was a very tired LSU team in Atlanta at the end of 2005. No off weeks due to Katrina (12 straight weeks of playing). Hell, a pretty poor Arkansas team almost beat us in BR the week prior....But look, UGA won the game fair and square and they were the better team.....Not sure what any of the games played in 2003, 2004 or 2005 have to do with this years' game. Your friend from Dallas alluded to 2004 and 2005, and in my opinion home field and emotion played a part in both games (just as it did in BR in 2003 and I suspect it will this year).

Sorry if I'm repeating stuff that's already been said, but shifting through 6 pages is a little much so I just thought I'd add my two cents.

Even though we've suffered a serious blow on the OL, I think we'll remain solid. We have the best OL coach in the conference, and probably the nation, with Stacy Searels. He made it work last year and can do it again this season.

Obviously this is all premature since we'll have better ideas of what to expect after we've each played about 6 games before our meeting, but ASSUMING we're still undefeated at this point, our OL should have already gelled by this stage of the game and we should be running on all cylinders.

LSU defensive rush will cause problems, just like ours will cause havoc for them as well. The noise will be a huge issue too. I think we'll be able to keep the LSU D honest with a ground threat and beat them in the air ASSUMING we have some WR's that step up this year. So far we're hearing good things out of Green, Harris and M-Mo.

LSU is going to have 6 or 7 sacks against the UGA O-Line. LSU 24 Georgia 17. The Chad Jones hybrid LB and S situation is going to have a huge impact.

No way. Not saying he isn't a good coach, but he isn't the best OL coach in the nation.

i didnt read all this shite but from wha read the uga fans are waiting for a good game and calling it even. lsu fans are just saying its in BR so they'll win. thts just dumb. lets be honest this will be a great game and very even with a slight advantage for home field. if you sit here and say you're a hundred rcent sure lsu will win or vice versa then you are just dumb

i'll say it, stacey searells is not a good line coach. his lines don't even attempt to block until atleast midway through the year

We will RAPE GEORGIA'S MIND with this game.

They'll be lucky if they win another game this decade.
