Yes, it's a bad thing. Even after they made their coaching change, they are barely competing for west titles and define their seasons by one game against bama. Been there, don't like it. I was hoping we raised our bar. We did not.

I’d be right there with you. I claimed O was the Real Deal from the beginning and last year I said my share of “I told you so!”. So if this blows up, I deserve what’s coming my way.

Well, I wasn’t terribly upset with the Fiesta Bowl and Citrus Bowls without Brady. I think the offense will be fine, and could be clicking right now, if not for the atrocious defense.

I don't understand the concept of college sports teams. A college team is a collection of individuals from all over the place. Joe Burrow is a good example. He was born in Iowa. Played high school ball in Ohio. Played for Ohio State but transferred to LSU to be eligible as a graduate transfer so he could play football. What he did was take advantage of a loop hole to play college ball at LSU after he graduated from Ohio State. His only association with Louisiana is football yet he is referred to as coming from Louisiana. And it is like this for all college sports.

That Chizik team lost basically Newton and Fairly. LSU lost basically half of an nfl team. Not exactly an apples to apples comparison.

Great coaches come in and turn things around in a year or two all the time.
If this season ends as bad as it appears it will, and we stumble to another ugly 8 or 9 win season get this clown out and bring in a real coach that actually has something to offer.

Chizik? I don't get it. And I don't get the concept of collegiate and profession sports teams. They're just a menagerie of free agent athletes serving their best interests. They have no relationship to the college nor the city.
