I'd bet 80% of the fatties on this board can't do A pull-up, let alone 7

I would love to watch the OT do 7 dead hang pull ups

Can't do a pull up.

Would dominate the flex arm hang and can do the sit up A tier.

I'm just here to brag that one of my daughters made the LA State Meet in both 4th and 5th grade.

can our president pass this test?

I think this should be required. Live, right before the last debate, each candidate has to complete it. Maybe we wouldn't have so many old's running things.

Aw shite, 7th grade. The pull ups were the killer. Luckily the pushups saved me.

Most baws on here aren't running a 6:00 min mile any time soon.

I still remember them measuring the gap between my thighs and getting scored lower because my thighs touched.

yea I mean

55 situps in a min is hard as frick. Doable but hard.

mile-6:06, better be training for that shite

Pullups-13....yea not many kids, even back in the day could do this dead hang.

Pushups- 53...to me this and the situps are the easiest.

think these are tough, La Sierra HS had their program that gave Kennedy the idea for the PFT and to get the navy blue rating, you had to do something like 33 dead hang pullups, 150 pushups and carry a classmate(within 10 lbs of your weight) 5 miles on your back without him touching the ground.

True, but to be fair, almost all of the track athletes I knew that could run faster than that would not have been able to pass the pushups or pullups, not even close. Prolly not situps either.

true

I don't think we did this when I was a senior, but I definitely was not getting the push ups or the pull ups and the sit ups would have been tough

I would have breezed through that mile though

I don't even remember this being done in highschool, but I was in athletic weightlifting all 4 years rather than normal PE

My jr or Sr year a few of us ducked out during the mile run and smoked a cig behind an old abandoned store near our school. Still finished the mile under 10min

situps dont wreck your back.

yes deadlift is much greater than v-sit reach but they are two different things.

Dont be a tard.

I can’t believe this horrendous fat shaming is still allowed. The totally overstated dangers of Obesity pales in comparison to the very real and totally not made up dangers of hurt feelings this causes.

39 now and yes I could. Shuttle run would still give me problems, but I could make time.

Now I am super curious how many sit ups I can do in 1 minute. But I'm too lazy to go try it.
