I love a shitty visitor locker room. It's some fun gamesmanship.
If they've got running water, toilets, shelter and enough room to have everyone in there while not violating fire code then that should be enough.

For the record, I was not one that gave two shites about the allegedly crappy Texas visitor locker room last year. Uncomfortable locker rooms are part of being the visiting team.
