99% of employees at Secret Stash look like they just got back from a Portland Antifa rally.

If Slogar's is open, go eat there. It might be closed for the season until Thanksgiving. Great family style. Love the fried chicken, cream corn, mashed potatoes and biscuits.
Also like Marchitelli's Gourmet Noodle for Italian food.
Soupcon is great, very high end French food.
Wooden Nickel on Elk Avenue for steaks (lower end).
Love Secret Stash for pizza.
Granted, I have not been to any of these places in 5 years and I am not sure if they have survived COVID, but all great places years ago.

Montanya's has great rum, rum drinks and ramen.
Gas Cafe's breakfast sandwiches and burgers will crush a hangover.

Been a few years since we have skied Crested Butte but Soupcon, Wooden Nickle and Slogars were our favorites and have done all of them multiple times. Never been disappointed

Gas Cafe breakfast sandwiches were much needed yesterday!

get drinks at dogwood and montanya (the rum distillery)--get the maharaja at montanya
elk prime
wooden nickel
secret stash
brick oven (pizza's not quite as good as ss but their beer list is great)
lil's for sushi--sit at the counter
third bowl for ice cream
usually you can find a good band playing in the basement of the public house but that may not be happening with covid

If you have an SUV, drive out to Emerald Lake.
Posted on 10/20/20 at 9:28 am to KamaCausey_LSU
And hike to Judd Falls while you are out that way!

These 3 have stood the test of time as we have eaten at each many times over 20 years ago when we skied with kids at Crested Butte.

wife’s soaking in a cannabis bath and I got a really nice sativa buzz going.
Tomorrow we are going on wildflower hikes and to the falls. With this rain the flowers should be spectacular
