Sleepy Joe continues to refuse to answer the questions as to whether or not he'd pack the court with liberal Justices by expanding the number of seats on the SCOTUS. Now, his camp has him muddying the water by saying Trump is "packing the court" by fulfilling his Constitutional duty as POTUS and filling vacancies during his Presidency.

hes trying to change the perception of court packing to make it seem like its something pubs are already doing so whats the big deal if he does it... diluting its meaning and attributing it to his opponent.

I heard a caller late last week on the Newell Normand show say this exact thing that Trump has already packed the Supreme Court and Federal courts simply because he appointed “far right” judges
The caller also said that Republicans had already “changed the size of the court” by failing to fill Souter’s seat
I thought to myself, gee self this is so on the nose dishonest that I won’t be surprised for it to be the DNC talking points come Monday

This is why Trump needs the debates, so he can hammer this home without the media twisting things.
