Not necessarily, the credit bureaus are far from perfect. I have a similar experience. I was added to a parents card at 16, they had opened the account when I was 10. The bureau has that card on my history going back to when I was 10. Something similar may have happened with your card.

I'm white and couldn't get a loan from a mainstream commercial bank either.

No doubt. I worked for one of the big national ones for a decade. I've just always struggled to figure out why they think that I have a 34 year credit history at 42.
It seems like the birth date and year < 18 from today would have been dropped into the algorithm at this point. I can recall opening a bank account at Hibernia when I was about 11. Other than that, no financial transactions that weren't cash based.

I was born in San Jose and I used to go every year for Christmas all the way up to 2006. Since then because of work, I have only been two times in 2014 and 2018. I brought my wife and son for the first time in 2014 and they got to meet the whole family and they had a great time. You and your wife should go to Guatemala. Y’all will have a great time!

seen some advertisement for this lately... whats the point? It is literally a one time thing. If you get a check early, then all you did was move your payday up 2 days. your next check wont come until 14 days after that....you're back on every two weeks. Only the stupid would fall for such a scam.
