Anybody else have a problem with tattling co workers?

A lady heard me throwing up this morning in the bathroom at worked and ran to tell our administration that I need to go home. If she’d asked me she would’ve known I have really bad acid reflux and after I puked felt great and ready to take on the day. If your a grown arse adult why not just ask someone if they’re feeling ok? This is the same woman who 2 weeks ago saw me walking to my car at lunch with no one around me without a mask on and she ran and ratted on me then as well. Is this a common occurrence or is this c*nt unique?

Women are the worst to gossip and stir shite in the office environment. I avoid them, if at all possible.
Just had one this past Friday come to me in the lunchroom about one of my guys. Apparently his son came in to bring him lunch and she wanted to know "Isn't that against company policy with Covid going around?".
I told her "I don't know, go to HR and report it"
