She was an active part of a drug ring and running errands to that effect for jailbird while he was locked up. Hence the warrant.

There’s obvious problems with this attempt to serve a warrant. One police officer is fired. Another police officer is being investigated for how he applied for the warrant. The city settled for multi million dollars.

Can you please provide a link on this assertion? Because EVERYTHING I have seen says that most of the neighbors confirm that the police beat on the door, but NONE of the neighbors confirm the police claim that they announced themselves as law enforcement.
The assertion was that the officer announced as they hit the door vs. prior to hitting the door. Either way, it looks like the announcement was made.
I think there's BWC footage that has yet to come out. Wouldn't surprise me if that's part and parcel to the apparent GJ non-indictment forthcoming.
Time will tell.

If a grand jury won't indict, what's the likelihood that you'll get a guilty verdict from a jury? You don't have a defense attorney making an argument before the GJ, and they still don't indict? Seems that it's more of a pragmatic decision...why waste the resources on a trial when you'll never get a conviction?
