According to ProPublica (lib media)
At the bottom of the article, it lists counties most "at risk".
Louisiana has 5 of the top 10. (St. Martin, Assumption, Jeff Davis, Livingston, and St. John the Bap.)
The humidity is gonna kill us I guess.

...warming temperatures and changing rainfall will drive agriculture and temperate climates northward, while sea level rise will consume coastlines and dangerous levels of humidity will swamp the Mississippi River valley.
quote:
Today, the combination of truly dangerous heat and humidity is rare. But by 2050, parts of the Midwest and Louisiana could see conditions that make it difficult for the human body to cool itself for nearly one out of every 20 days in the year.

An article showing Missouri marked 600-700 Miles off is tough to trust.

Anyone notice how all these climate predictions are really far off and use extrapolated data? Like someone in 2050 is gonna come back to an article in 2020 about climate predictions.

I thought the leading expert on climate change, AOC, said we only have 10 years left?
Why dont you all go bug SE Asia about climate change and the polluted oceans? They're the problem children

AOC said we only have 12 years left before the entire planet dies, so we're all screwed anyway

What??? Are they going to outlaw AC?
Folks lived in La. for 100s of years without AC. They grew crops, they worked outside and they all survived. Thus is total BS.

My problem with this is that then they completely deny the biological differences in men and women, GMOs, and nuclear power being safe and clean.

I'm so glad someone spent all of their time and money to make that dumb arse Prezi style website.

there’s also that small fallacy of believing that the remnants of a microscopic bacteria found on Mars is a sign of life, but a baby aborted in the 3rd trimester isn’t.
