Had a convo with a couple of friends about ideal woman

Am I off in my thinking here?
These friends of mine are girls. We were talking about marriage and our big picture goals.
Anyway, we get to the convo on potential spouses.
I say, in a perfect world, I marry a girl younger than me but mature, between 24-28 years old. So, at 31 years old, I'd be open dating as young as 21/22, assuming she has her head on right.
My reasons:
1. Less pressure for marriage and babies right away.
2. Less jaded, more energetic, more open to different line of thinking. A liberal girl in her 20's is a little different than a liberal girl in her 30's.
3. I'm building my career, am a homeowner, and will be buying up more properties. I don't mind, actually prefer to be the breadwinner.
4. I do want to have a family and have no limit on number of kids, as long as I'm financially set enough to not be overly stressed, still be able to do things I like to do since I'd have a full-time nanny.
5. Probably the biggest factor: With a younger woman, we can space out and plan for children much easier.
My chick friends flipped out on me. Honestly, is my game-plan off, baws? Any wisdom for older folks in here?

Do what we all should have done. Find a 5 or 6 who is educated but from a family who has big money. Treat her and them with respect and reap the rewards. Buy her a Peloton.
