I did the initial measurement last year and forgot to do it after. And I forgot this year too. Maybe I’ll measure after the this year and see where two Squatober has me

Knocked out day 26 a couple of hours ago. I really like the Seesaw. I'm going to run it in December.

I’m gonna need a second opinion on this one.

I hear you on that. I just posted it as written. I plan on doing my usual stretching and empty bar routine in addition to the walking. Likewise at the end, I need more than a 10 minute walk. I plan on extending that also. Not my typical incline or fast pace walking; just steady flat walking for 30ish minutes.

I'm still trying to figure how I can manage a spotter at my gym for tomorrow

I'm just planning on putting the arms inside the cage. Then if I go down and can't come up, I'll just go back down and let it rest on the arms.

I think I was total 1:15 today. 10 min walk, 10 min empty bar stretching, 5 min 4x4 sets, and 50 min walk
--Just a slow leisurely 3 mph, zero incline walk.

Ready for it!!! 100% will be my true 1RM from March. 112% is the theoretical 1 RM I've been using this month.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. If I can just hit 100% I'll be happy but I'm hoping for a little more.

The lunch crowd is a bunch of old dudes. That’s the issue Including the old due who hogs the rack.

Today was a nice easy day. Ready for tomorrow!

Might have sand bagged my training max a bit…

TM for Squatober 270#

New PR: 350#

Hit 275, 285, 295, 305, 315, 325, 335 on the way up. I think my PR from a couple years ago was 335. I’m fricking pumped!!! Y’all go kill it tomorrow!

ETA: I was not able to train for 2.5 months leading into this due to injury so I erred on the side of caution setting my TMs for this month

I commend you for going during the day. I've done it a handful of times and won't do it again. Gym just gets too damn crowded.

Depending what's on my agenda for the day, I get up between 3:30-5 to get in and out before my day starts. I'd rather get up extremely early as have the gym to myself over sleeping in and working around a bunch of people.
