What’s your preferred dipping condiment for French fries? Ketchup? Mayonnaise? Barbecue? Mustard? Honey mustard? Honey? Wendy’s frosty?

I know a few people that swear by this. Never understood it myself.

Usually ketchup but I won't pass up a nice fry sauce of mayo/ketchup

When available I love a good garlic aioli.

And I know fast food is typically frowned on by this board but Freddy's Frozen Custard is legit and that spicy dipping sauce they have is delicious.

I don't really use any for most fries. I'll us malt vinegar at places that offer it. A local place has smoked mayo that is great on their fries. Other than that, I eat them plain.

I make something I call fry sauce, ketchup, malt vinegar and sriracha. Sometimes add black pepper, grated garlic and/or grated onions.

The zesty sauce at Burger King should be considered honestly.

If the fries are any good they don't need a condiment.

A yankee girl from Maryland taught me this many years ago and it's still my go-to.

Garlic Aioli
Mayo/Ketchup
Ketchup/Tabasco

In that order.

If it's a good duck fat fry tossed with garlic/herbs, it doesn't need a sauce though.
