Get a fricking job that offers this with your college degree. Although, it helps if you major in something besides general studies.

Could just say “have fun running your crack house” but that may just apply to Iowa players.

It’s refreshing to see someone put these children in their place. Hopefully more universities, teams, companies, etc follow.

Companies? My God, Wazzu did these guys a favor by wising them up before they hit the real world. Could you imagine making demands in the corporate world? Unless you were literally irreplaceable you'd get shown the door.

You’ve gotta know that you represent your organization/job/university whatever in your social media postings..

People are getting canned left and right on the daily basis for this now

Keep playing with fire. You'll eventually get burned.

You stated you werent going to play unless we meet your ridiculous demands, were not going to meet the ridiculous demands so you can go ahead and grab your belongings.

Not upset in the least bit. Granted, I know you are only here to be a fire starter for no reason whatsoever.

This is how I know you've never been to Pullman or Seattle. Yet subscribe to the theory that "Seattle is a terrible place to live".

The optics won’t be good which I disagree with, but what was the players honest play here? They didn’t want to play games or practice, but they want to be a part of everything else when they chose? I mean I gotta assume they “opted out” of doing things like lifting and meetings too right?

So like the others are saying, what exactly did the coach do officially that the players didn’t choose already?

Reading it again, i see a fancy way of saying “here is a list of 17 ways you are screwing us so frick off if you think we are going to play in a pandemic.” Which is a very reasonable stance, but we’ll see how many actually sit out when the time comes.
