I get the impression Republicans are caught flat-footed across the board on what the democrats are going to force upon us. And I don't know if they can stop anything. Ten years after the Tea Party there seems to be little fight in Republicans. Too old and too comfortable.

I believe this is a very dangerous possibility.

If it does happen elections will no longer matter. Government will no longer matter.

We will have appointed leaders for the foreseeable future until we decide to fight.

I am registered to vote in NY and have no ballot. What is this you speak of?

I did receive my absentee ballot for local school board.

Nationwide mail-in voting for this scale will not be implemented by November. It just don't see a single way it is possible. Not even speaking for other states, but there is absolutely no way Alabama would be able to get everything in place in order to do this in time. Ironically, to do mail-in voting, they would probably have to delay the election.

The places that currently do this type of voting, it took a few years to get it working properly. We would have a month and a half or so? It just isn't feasible.
