Why the phrase All Lives Matter is correct

Often people say that saying all lives matter is somehow racist because it is a rebuke to the phrase black lives matter. And they are correct that it is a rebuke to the phrase black lives matter. What they are not correct about is why
The phrase black lives matter comes with the obvious implication that there are some people that need to be told this. Which is absurd on its face and has no basis in fact
When someone says back that all lives matter that's the point. It's basically our way of saying no s*** black lives matter. I think all lives matter and that includes you and I didn't think otherwise before you came up with the stupid phrase. So stop implying that I or anyone else did.
You can't run around basically insulting people to their face and then demand that they repeat the insult back at you

And the obvious truth of the statement, “All lives matter,” is why elaborate reasons to not say it have become as commonplace as anything else on social media.

Notice how "black lives matter" is allowed to be separate from BLM.
Of course that isn't allowed anywhere else -

The whole BLM movement was anti-White racism from the word "go", there is simply no denying it.

You’re using logic for an element that will insist that logic itself is an expression of white supremacy.
This element is fascist at its very core and will only recognize raw power.
I personally would prefer to see that raw power expressed in convictions and an overwhelming mandate at the ballot box.
