This kind of reasonable logic is going to get him kicked off all those NBA talk shows

People should wear the mask to keep themselves safe, but they should not be forced by a government to obey. I also don't think that I should be forced to wear a seat belt in my car (extension of my home). It is probably wise to wear the seat belt, but my body my choice (sound familiar).

Yeah, but if Barkley was a white dude, it would’ve been considered hate speech and Sir Charles getting cancelled.

you're either a liberal or don't know Barkley was well as you think. He might say a lot of good things, but he's an absolute liberal who would just do liberal things like throw good money after a lot of useless causes.

Wearing / not wearing a mask is nothing like wearing / not wearing a seat belt. Statistics re the mask issue have a 1000 different interpretations. Statistics re the importance of wearing a seat belt are beyond disagreement. Seat belts save lives & prevent more serious injuries. A fact. But do stand your ground about your rights. I just hope no children are put at risk. For your rights.

Are there statistics out there that say wearing a mask makes you less safe?

The fact of the matter is that those guys that Chuck referenced are truly racist. They will never acknowledge that, of course, because they’ve fully bought in to the ridiculous idea put forth by so many that because of their race’s history in this country, they’re incapable of being racist.

Yes.

Especially if you have reduced lung capacity or if you are breathing heavily. You can cause a pneumothorax off you wear a mask while running.

Also, breathing in high CO2 air (inside your mask) can precipitate a cytokine storm which will weaken you.

Barkley has some interesting quotes

quote:

“I’ve been a Democrat all my life,” Barkley said, per Kentucky.com.

“I just realized now they have done an awful job of taking care of poor people. They make the same boasts every four years, come to the black community and (say) they’re going to make things better. But they don’t really make things better.

quote:

“We need to weed out the bad cops — you know I hear these guys getting on television these politicians talking about ‘defunding the police department.’
First of all, that would have a negative effect on the black communities — who the black people gonna call, Ghostbusters?” Barkley asked.

quote:

"We as black people are never going to be successful, not because of you white people, but because of other black people. When you are black, you have to deal with so much crap in your life from other black people," Barkley said.

quote:

"For some reason we are brainwashed to think, if you're not a thug or an idiot, you're not black enough. If you go to school, make good grades, speak intelligent, and don't break the law, you're not a good black person. It's a dirty, dark secret in the black community.

Then you wear a mask during flu season correct? If not, you're potentially putting lives at risk by spreading it.

Think about the women and the children........

He is red pilled AF. I loved it. You know Shaq is the same way. I think all the ballers from the 90s era may be. We need the counter balance to Mao Zebron.

But yet the same people are making the argument that COVID isn't a big deal because the only people affected are high-risk and that those people are expendable in order to save the economy.

By that same logic, we shouldn't care about those with breathing problems, right?
