It’s no longer about death rate...it’s cases. Forget the downward trend of deaths.

Any hope this backfires and GOP overperforms expectations in CA in November? Seems like this second shutdown falls squarely on Dem authorities in CA.

How dumb is that? They are wrecking their own economy and will take the blame for it. This presumes that there isn't a massive exodus.
