what an odd reason to justify baby murder. but whatever helps you sleep better

41 and 43 missed on Souter and Roberts.

They also gave us based AF Justices in Thomas and Alito.

So their judicial legacy isn't a complete loss.

They said it would leave only one doctor at a single clinic to provide services for nearly 10,000 women who seek abortions in the state each year.

Hold up, 10,000 babies are intentionally killed in Louisiana every year? Where the frick are the protests for that shite?

Roberts should not have been weak and caved to temptation. The man isn't worthy of being a judge. But, neither are the other leftist on that court.

We need term limits for supreme court.

I mean...seriously...frick that guy.

Another Bush family legacy of playing like they are conservative and pro-life but in reality they are not. They are the worst of the worse and I truly, truly regret I helped put that man in office.

The whole family could die a fiery death as far as I am concerned.

May be making an unwarranted assumption to call either a "miss."

You have people wanting to make mask mandatory by law. Those same people allow abortion to excuse people not using birth control to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Is one "siding with the liberals" if one simply IS a liberal?

This....

But also, aren't they suppose to be ruling on the law, not based on politcal bias? Typical media bullshite saying he is "siding with liberals, when he is simply siding with 4 other justices.

The Supreme Court struck down a similar Texas law four years ago. Roberts dissented then, but now upholds the law. Given his recent sidings with the liberal faction it is clear he is sending a message to Trump for his criticism of Roberts and court decisions.

These are not inconsistent positions. I'm not sure we want a court that does not respect prior decisions.

Ah yes, the mystical Vegas stage magic act of pregnancy where the non-sentient "clump of cells" is instantaneously transformed into an infant human, IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE!
