Liberals, Progressives, I need help - The Goal

I need help understanding the Goal. I'm a Republican so break it down for me. I may not have been paying close enough attention to the protests.
When do we know systemic racism has ended so we can take that big sigh of relief and say, "Hey Guys! I finally beat that one."
When do we know that Black Lives Matter?
Please, state the goal. Like, unemployment #s, median income, graduation rates, murder rates, whatever it is. We can all work towards an actual goal. And we can elect officials to get us there.
Thanks.

There is no goal to progressivism.
If you are constantly trying to evolve and achieve “progress” you are playing the deadly game of unreasonable expectations against your fellow man.

I'd go with the "I Have a Dream" speech. Hell when over half of that is the rule, I think I'd call it good.
The rest of the nonsense going on right now? Nope.
I wonder what MLK would think of statues, and the effort wasted on tearing them down.
We have had a black President and rampant white guilt. I'd say things are much better. 1960-70's America Obama would have been murdered. Probably during the campaign. And a whole lot less white people would care.
That's all I got.

Listen to the BLM leaders, as well as leaders of ANTIFA and the Dem party:
Their goals are to destroy the foundation of the country, rewrite history to fit their narrative, usher in communism, and create separate laws for themselves while they fleece and destroy those who disagree.

1) Give me an example(s) of 'systemic racism' please. I keep hearing this term but haven't heard any examples of it. Should be easy if it is so prevalent.
2) Black lives matter only when taken by whites. Nary a peep at the murders in cities like Chicago when it's black on black or black on white.
You see, it's easy to pull down statues, riot, march, etc. but when asked about what change would make things successful you don't hear anything but radical bullshite that at the end of the day won't change much for the black community longterm. That requires honest self reflection and accountability and those things are much much harder.

I promise you progressives are not unified in some quantitative goal they're looking for.
I think they'd agree that the immediate goal was arresting of the police that killed George Floyd and Breonna Taylor (the latter one conservatives should be pissed about--cops barged into the wrong home without announcing and someone exercised their second amendment right to defend against intruders).
Of course, these protests reminded us of old racial wounds the country still carries around. So now, progressives are taking the chance to carry the momentum into trying to heal some of those wounds. Some approaches might include removing statues that honor traitors against the greatest country the world has ever known. Some approaches include massive police reform.

The goal is political power. Blacks vote for us 95% of the time, so we're happy with the status quo. Stop bothering us, you racist POS.
