You cool with someone killing your child or loved one bc they were under the influence? Would be a shame if that happened.

Yeah SJWs thought bodycams would catch dirty cops and I'm sure a few have been caught. But, more than bodycams show how tough a job being a cop is.

This is a terrible troll because there is no way a real human being believes drinking and driving should be legal.

I had to laugh. The NYT ran an actual story about the family "disputing" the claims and, even better, "eyewitnesses" who proved once again that you're better off believing your stripper wife you caught cheating than a black eyewitness to basically fricking anything.

A REAL attorney will get that cop set for life. Really the best thing that could happen to him. No way he’s safe staying on duty in Atlanta.

you can thank MADD for that

I'm not for scrapping DUI altogether but we can certainly roll the levels back to .1 or .15, allow open containers again and the drinking age back to 18.

This case is the textbook example of the 48 hour rule

Media already poisoned it though

Ah yes, the victimless crime of driving drunk and endangering the lives of everyone around you.

You can’t be serious....

quote:

Overview. Every day, almost 30 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes — that's one person every 50 minutes. These deaths have fallen by a third in the last three decades; however, drunk-driving crashes claim more than 10,000 lives per year.

Lol, yeah, none of you have ever drank and drove.

He was .108 and weighed every bit of 220lbs, that's nothing, any man who isn't a 2 beer queer should be able to handle themselves.

Dui is not a crime, is bull shite. How many billions of people drive home from bars are legally drunk and survive?

Btw your chances of being killed by a sober driver is a waaaaaaaay higher than a drunk one, don't let facts get in the way folks.

He couldn’t even handle parking his car. He drove over the curb and onto the grass in his attempt. Though to be fair, he had just woken up from the nap he was taking in the drive thru.

Any attorney is better than the two idiots the family hired. Their interview yesterday was pathetic. I punched at least 6 holes in their statements and a couple contradictions.

DUI has been expanded to include driving while exhausted and driving while texting. Your chances of being killed by some a-hole texting is way higher than someone "driving sober".
