Ask the last couple of MCPON's how hard it is to be sent packing...not hard! Its hard to kick them out, but fired or forced retired happens almost daily.

Gives them cover. They got a political message sent oops violates the law and now other military personnel can do it. The fix a quick message that you can't do that.
