Why aren’t the other minority groups having these same challenges with the police? Are white police officers only racist towards blacks? What are Asians, Arabs, Mexicans doing different to get police officers to respect them?

IE I sat in on one where a 15 year old shot at and admitted trying to kill two others because they were from a different part of town. His chargers were lowered to illegal discharge of a weapon, told to read a book and write a report on the book for the judge and give two years probation for what should have been attempted murder.
