Technically, it may be possible due to some quirks in the wording of the 22nd Amendment. We don't know. The courts would have to decide. (Based on the spirit of the wording, I'd say there is no way they'd allow it. However, the courts do surprise you sometimes.)

Extremely unlikely. No one is going to risk running and winning with a VP candidate that would require a Supreme Court interpretation just to claim the office. It would be an absolute clown show thing to do.

Hillary would probably as this wench, but she has way too many skeletons in her closet to accept the offer.
