He said Biden is going to pull out with a "brain tumor" shortly before the DNC.
Is this legally possible? If so, how likely is it to happen?

Hillary I could buy, they won't put Obama on the ticket because it would result in a constitutional lawsuit they would be very likely to lose.

Obama can’t be President again and the requirements for VP are the same as being President.

I don’t think Biden serves a year in office even if he survives as the actual candidate but this is just dumb. Obama isn’t eligible and that some people don’t know this is a huge defeat.
