You May be right, but PCB is still cheaper than Destin and thus still trashier. Certainly PCB cleaned up bigly in the mid 2000s by developing some new high rises and tearing down some old motels. But it’s still cheaper than Destin to visit, the big difference is 30A has skyrocketed so more of the big money is there. Don’t kid yourself the 30a people still go to crab island.
