I use my fitbit. It wakes me up. But its jut one of many alarms I use.

The Samsung smart watch with the g’night app installed.
You set your alarm for, say 7 am. It will monitor your sleep patterns and wake you up at the best time in your sleep cycle closest to 7.

My Xiaomi Mi Band 4 can set a wake-up vibrate alarm.

Casio has a bunch of watches with vibration alarms.

The W736H-2AV is only about $30.
