Cases by Gender

Female 55%
Male 40%
Unknown/Other 5%
Sorry for the graphic. Came from Louisiana Dept of Health website. Anyway, there has to be some discriminatory , structural inequality reason why women are dying at a higher rate than men. Women evidently live in neighborhoods with a lack of healthy food options, green spaces, recreational facilities, lighting , lack of access to medical care and safety. I just cant fathom any other reason for the difference.

Isn't this the exact opposite of an earlier study that said that men are disproportionately infected?

Yeah don’t believe any stats, just where we are, but patient zero out of that Wuhan lab was reportedly in a woman...

Perhaps because women live longer and make up a larger percentage of nursing home residents. That is where the majority of the deaths are occurring.

Men are dying at a much higher rate actually, even in places where they make up a smaller proportion of cases.

Yeah, wtf? In questionable cases are docs not capable of verifying whether the deceased had a set of balls?

Maybe the stats are skewed by women typically live longer than men so there are more in nursing homes?

Women are the higher percentage of cases, but men are the higher percentage of deaths.

Can you please list out the Co-Morbities associated with each death. Just things like
Obesity
Diabetes
Hypertension

Just some small things like that. Nothing major like
COPD
Asthema
Previous Medical History of Heart Surgery.
