BS with your blind link phobia, just because someone puts some words to name a link then it's safe? All links are blind until you click on them. Mouse over and see if the path looks safe, if you think it does then click it, if not move along.

His majesty should post his nonsensical drivel on his own websites if he doesn’t like the current alternatives.
They should be able to operate their companies and sites however they want without the federal govt “uncensoring” them. What a joke.

My understanding is they enjoy certain liability indemnities by being legally defined as platforms, and the question is how much content curation can you perform under that definition.

Totally inconsiderate to post a blind link - and for people to defend doing so because it is so easy to "hover' and see the name of the link is worse than that.
IF you are going to make a post - put something in the OP that describes what you are talking about and then post a link for those who are interested in finding out more about it.

Im making absolutely zero assessments or judgments of their platform. Just pointing out the background. Malkin was destroyed for even associating with the kid.
Hes a very polarizing person, and not in the way that Ben Shapiro is. Hes more Gavin McInnes with more underlying heat and less focus on laughs.
You know how sometimes a thread on this board gets a little off-color and dark even though you actually agree with the basic principles being espoused? Hes a physical embodiment of those threads, and perhaps more intelligent and eloquent.
So the President retweeting his organization is.....interesting. This would seem to be Trump just retweeting stuff from the shitter lol, which im totally cool with.

Yep, they made the argument that they cannot be held responsible for user provided content as it is impossible for them to monitor and remove "illegal" content.
Meanwhile, they have shown they are very capable of removing any content they find offensive to their political leanings.
THey need these protections removed.
