Even if he opens the state, aren't his phases so slow-moving that the state is still effectively shut down until phase three?

If he extends the stay at home I hope the whole freakin state revolts. Open up everything gyms, restaurants, churches, hair salons, etc, etc just get back to some normalcy .

We probably had 300 people at our outdoor Mass this morning. Since I have now been to Mass I feel blessed to be able to refrain from the language I would have used then in reference to JBE.
I'll just say that me and mine are going back to life as normal. I hope that bars, gyms, salons, little leagues, etc open up this week no matter what that man in Baton Rouge says.

He'll give us back haircuts and tell us we should be grateful for that given how bad we are at social distancing and then tell us we're not ready to implement phase 1.

It’s only been a week or so since other states have opened. Any uptick in cases or hospitalization (if any) will begin towards the end of the week.
I think that Douch Bag JBE extends the stay at home for two more weeks. He’s dropped a few clues in his press conferences last week. I don’t the La Legislative will do anything to over turn it other than put on a dog and pony show.

Opening back up to phase 1 gets us started faster to phase 2. I will take restaurants open with 25% capacity because it’s better than nothing. It’s a slow opening but I will take it what I can’t take is extending this mofo till June 1

I still think he creates a phase .5 but calls it phase 1. Some things open like dentist and regular doc visits, plus 25% at restaurants but does not open gyms, hair, parks, sports, etc until June.
