Gotta say a few months ago I listened to Marcus Allen on the radio talk about spending time at LSU and Coach Robinson supporting Ed O. Made me feel uneasy that Ed O may one day want to return to USC.

When Ed O was asked how USC wronged him Ed O said that the people of Los Angeles and USC love him and he loves them but only a few decision makers didnt. Those decision makers are no longer at USC I believe.

Now they steal Will Stout!

I hope I’m dead wrong. But I live in SoCal and I’m never coming back to BR so I imagine Ed O wants to come back. I’ll take the under by 2026.

I don't think that Will Stout has anything to do with them poaching Ed O. Marcus Allen and Coach O are tight from what I hear, and I don't believe that was anything more than him supporting Coach O.

But I'd be lying if I said it didn't give me pause when I heard he was in the locker room.

And there it is. LSU hires "one of us" to coach the Tigahs and still someone frets about him leaving for another job. Catastrophe Syndrome never dies

Idiotic. Enjoy your traffic, smog, real estate prices, and all the pretentious pricks. I've spent a lot of time in Orange County and it ain't all that.

If they are truly committed to pulling out all the stops to get back to the USC of old then they have to make a run at him.

I assume if Clay Helton under performs again this year he'll be one of their first calls.

I just don't see a Louisiana native leaving a powerhouse LSU to go to a full rebuild at a school that already thought he wasn't good enough once before.

1. O is set up better to succeed here than anywhere else in the country. He took over a program with good bones, and a willingness to shell out money for Coordinators.

2. he isn't going to leave here to take over a rebuilding project and thats what USC will be. We were a fixer upper, they are going to be a rebuild when they fire Helton.

... I need to stop watching HGTV

When O was at USC didn’t he live in an apartment and kept his home in La?

As long as the fans don't get bama crazy because he does not win the natty every year, I think we have O for a long time. He is the perfect fit for LSU and his roots are here in Louisiana.

You’re putting too much stock in this. O is loyal to LSU and Louisiana and Stout probably wants to move to LA to help his career in video production.

I don't think Orgeron is going anywhere. But if he did, you wish him well, find the next good coach and go win a national championship. Scott Woodward is well qualified to do that.

The last three LSU head coaches have won a national championship here. Orgeron has been great for the program, and I hope he stays as long as he keeps winning. But, ultimately, it's about the program and what it can do. No one man is bigger than LSU football.

Dude, you are an idiot if you believe that Ed O is ever going to leave LSU. This is where he belongs. He just won a national title and has this thing rolling. He's here for a long time.

It’s gonna take 100M annually for O to leave LSU
