I watched Fauci announce it yesterday. It's not a miracle cure but they did see lower rate of death and significantly shorter time to recovery, which are both really good news. It's a great first drug to build upon.

Im certainly hopeful that this drug is the real deal in treating this thing.
At the same time, Fauci was the main one telling people Hydrochloroquine was completely unproven abd doesnt need to be widely used as a treatment. Yet here he is pimping this thing as being legit.
Just seems off to me.

On the flopped test, experts say having symptoms for 12 days before getting remdesvir isn't optimal and getting it as soon as you are diagnosed increases the chances of it being successuful. Wait, isn't that the same case for HCQ? The VA study only gave HCQ to patients who were already intubated, and at that point, the mortality rate is high.

So called experts at CDC have known since 2005 that chloroquine is a potent inhibitor in SARS Coronavirus infection. In Jan 2020 Doctors said hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir both work well against covid if given early enough. You think Fauci doesn’t know about these reports? Why is Fauci pimping one drug and not the other? If they both help WHY the frick would he only pimp one drug? Maybe because Hydroxychloroquine is cheap as frick and remdesivir is expensive as frick. Get your head out of your arse. Follow the money. I can’t believe you would be this naive but hey common sense isn’t so common anymore is it?
