Are you a parent watching it with your kids or just chose to watch it because?

Parent watching with kids
My kids love the first one, and I’ve seen it several times. Actually a creative story.

We just watched Trolls World Tour and it is a total pile of trash
No story what so ever. No good music. Nothing enjoyable at all. It couldn’t even hold my kids attention much

I don't believe you.

I also don't want to watch it and find out.

If you couldn't figure that out from the fricking trailers you were asking to be fleeced.

I agree. It was not that long a movie, but they tried to cram so much in, and the ending was too similar to the first movie. I like the message it provided, that despite our differences we can still get along with one another.

I feel that this message is important in this day in age, but the movie somehow finds a way to even make that silly.

Music was meh, I did find that Kelly Clarkson's country song to be enjoyable, despite the fact that I dislike Kelly Clarkson. I felt they could've picked better rock songs, and was a little disappointed that they only give you a 10 second blip of actual heavy metal.

But this movie wasn't for me. My 5 year old enjoyed it so I guess that's all that maters.

I thought it was pretty good.

I enjoyed the country songs.

I'm watching it tonight with my daughter. I promised we'd rent it tonight, but judging from the previews, it was apparent that this movie was going to be terrible.

Agree it was garbage even thought the kids loved it. For something that was 4/5 years in development it felt like something rushed out with no thought to plot. Enjoyed the first one and thought it has heart and was well developed. This one has some decent one liners for adults but just really lacked any cohesiveness or reason to care for what’s going on. Since the kids liked it I don’t regret spending $20 on it but they really could have done better.

You still came out ahead on the 48 hours vs 3-4 tickets.
