Certainly not.
Losing the chance to control the SCOTUS should not be contemplated litely.

They had a stronger bargaining position because they don’t care about people. The bill originated as immediate relief. What they inserted was the opposite. They saw an opportunity and took at it at all of our expense.

You are probably right. The Republicans have no honor either and are nearly as bad as the Democrats.
I have not seen any Republican pork in the leaks, but I’m sure it’s there.
Maybe a new PMAC and Middleton library?

What has been added since the original? From what I have read/heard it added the money for the arts, more oversight over the money to big corporations and overall mostly just increased spending from 2 to 2.5 trillion.
Is there an article explaining what has been added to the current version anybody can link?

He can use it in his campaign speeches: I had to give x million to fairy's in ballerina tutus and could have saved your grandma too instead of just grandpa.

No one knows for sure. The final copy hasn’t been released.

This is disgusting.
1. This isn't going to hurt Democrats because nobody but OAN, some YouTubers, and maybe Fox will tell the story of the Democrats perfidious dealings and tactics. The masses, if they ever get back into the airports will soak up non stop CNN who will blame President Trump for canceling Firefly, Pearl Harbor, kidnapping the Lindbergh baby, and murdering the Black Dahlia,
They will harvest the votes necessary and all the dead with D after their names will rise and be bussed to the pols, given a bag lunch and a $20 to pull the lever in November keeping the Housing and nibbling away at the Senate.
2. The market is going to take a bite out of the stimulus package, scramble halfway back up the muddy side of the open grave it's in, realize the virus isn't going away, realize the stimulus money could never have been enough, and the Dow is going to look like a cat climbing a mirror all the way down to 10,000 or lower.
And we can thank China for a bug they let loose (intentionally, I believe) and said nothing about it, kept their airports open, lied, and are lying even now.
They're a fricking Godless, Communist Dictatorship that's been gunning for us for decades and can and will sustain an attrition war of population with us if that's what their data and simulations tell them.
And our politicians have cooperated with them to become a global power and did so for personal profit. Fricking treasonous money-grubbers. And probably some of them are on the Republican side of the isle.
Color me grouchy and get off my lawn!
Frick this crap!

$350 million for refugees is a disgrace

So many American small businesses are left out. Many Americans who don't have a consistent income are struggling, but not getting a damned thing because of what they made in 2018.
But we've got $350 million for "refugee resettlement".
Why the frick do any of us even pay taxes? We are forced to subsidize our own destruction. And when it comes time for us to get some of our own money back, our government says frick You.

Pelosi is a battle ax. She knows how to deal with nutjobs.

Facts:
Part of the bill sucks arse
A veto would destroy Trump politically
The checks people receive all but guarantee Trumps re-election.
Congress WOULD NOT have passed a bill unless they got some goodies. Not a chance.
Our economy gets back on track quicker

The people that “need” these checks will be broke next month. Democrats and the media will provide them with something else to be pizzed off at Trump for.
And further, if cutting checks won elections Andrew Yang would have won... at least a precinct or two.
