Yep.
I actually got pulled over a while back when I was behind someone. I wasn't tailgating, but I did flash my lights at them a few times to try and get them to move over. Cop pulls me over for flashing my lights like that. Which then prompted me to ask why he didn't pull over the car that was actually breaking the law instead of me, to which he had no answer.

I believe you're legally required to exclusively drive in the left lane if your vehicle is registered in Texas

I 45 North in Houston is mostly 5 lanes. All the people in a hurry get in the left 2 lanes thinking that will go faster. In any given 1/2 mile stretch, during morning rush hour, there has to be twice as many cars in those 2 left lanes as compared to the 2 right lanes. You make much better time driving in the 2 right lanes.

I tailgate them
Then I swerve around them getting as close as I can without hitting them
Then usually extend my left arm out the widow with my middle finger extended.
This is best I can doing being as we can’t converse about their stupidity.

I drive an hour down I-10 every morning, and an hour every afternoon...EVERY SINGLE DAY I'm stuck behind a vehicle with a Texas license plate in the left lane, but not passing anyone. Since I've been making this commute, I've found that 99.9% of the time someone is hanging out in the left lane, they're from Texas.
