You’ve got to let them know they’re in the wrong. I ride their arse and flash my brights every time. Sometimes they freak out, etc... but usually they’ll move out of the way.

Truckers usually move over after they have passed one or two cars since they can't weave in and out of traffic as easily as passenger vehicles. It's annoying but I understand why they stay in the L lane a little longer than they should sometimes.
The ones that I want to push off the road with my front bumper are the, primarily females with long acrylic nails holding their phones horizontally while using the speaker. Lots of Nissans. Between BR and NO it is guaranteed that I will see/get behind at least 3 of these drivers who will not pull to the right when it is available. I too hit the brights and horn repeatedly and often they look at me like I am an alien(outer space). Wish I had a computer controlled message board in my rear window to inform them on the proper usage of the left lane on interstate highways.

Arizona is starting to get more aggressive enforcing it, thankfully:

People are either going 95 or 50. No one can do a smooth 10 over.
