I cannot comprehend how Mercedes manages to be SO dominant consistently. They are head and shoulders above everyone else on the grid and it’s stale, hopefully 2022 can shake everything up.

They are a well oiled machine and they don’t ever let up. Toto still wants to crush every other team. It will be interesting to see what impact the cost cap will have on them.

A lot probably comes down to good stable management.
Every other team struggles with management, engines, financials, or owners and drivers. Merc has avoided most of that.
That Merc engine in the back of the McLaren will be something to see again.
