What game was it that Shaq did the cabbage patch to the students after a dunk?

Cant find the video. It would be awesome if LSU put the students back on the sidelines and Baby Oneal recreated his Dads cabbage patch moment.
For whatever I or you or anyone thinks about this years team and their short comings. Next years team is going to be very very good.

I think it was against Arizona, in which Dickie V had told shaq they had no chance

Arizona. December of 90.

Definitely Arizona. I have it on VHS tape somewhere.
S. Griggs gets a runaway dunk at the end of that game to cap it off.

Arizona was #2 at the time, not #1 like most people think they remember.

Dicky V called that game

Damn. It doesn’t seem like 30 years. I feel like those faces were on that court just a few years ago.

Griggs was an absolute defensive stud. That guy could lock down anybody. Little know fact- I went on a double date with him once. His date was Thai. CSB.

When you’re younger you hear people talk about guys like Shaq as “once in a lifetime” but you don’t realize what it means until you’ve actually seen one and followed one until he’s at Shaqs age. My god what an unstoppable force he was.

I was at that game. Lsu basketball was rocking around then. Saw Lute Olsen eating at tj ribs when they came in town.
The Loyola Marymount game around then was my favorite. Up and down the court and went to OT I believe. Final score both teams around 140.
Also LSU beat unlv in a big boy showdown. Thinking that was super bowl Sunday for some reason.

Was there. UNLV was a good game — students courtside was awesome.

Lol we may have been sitting very close to each other. I recall being at the very top of the stadium.

We did beat Arizona when they were #1, in 2002
