What is the cause of Biden plummeting in polls?

Was it because of Trump linking him to corruption in Ukraine? Or is it because voters are realizing he might be senile and is not fit for office?
Biden had me worried before, but now I want him to be the nominee. I think Trump will steamroll him in the general election.
I’m concerned about Bloomberg getting the nomination though. He has the best chance of beating Trump

There is a valid reason his campaign staff won't let him do a one on one interview with any of the MSM news outlets for the last six months and I don't think its because of Ukraine.

They needed him to appear to be a viable candidate for the Ukraine hoax. Trump "was digging up dirt on an opponent." Once that got flushed down the toilet, so did Biden.

He never had any real support. He had name recognition and was the average Democrat's default choice before they were taking it seriously. Enthusiasm matters a ton in primaries.
He's a horrible candidate too, he spends half the time mumbling incoherently and the other half was insulting voters at town halls.
Him being creepy and the Ukraine crap didn't help either.

Mostly because of increased opportunities to showcase how terrible of a candidate he is.

For 4 years, people have been saying Biden would appeal to the rust belt voters and would beat Trump. He’s a legacy candidate that was more or less forced to run. His only appeal is due to “electability.” People aren’t flocking to him or his message. There’s no enthusiasm FOR him.
Biden has run for President multiple times and never won a primary. There’s a reason for that. He’s not a nimble or skilled retail politician. He’s prone to gaffes and his age is catching up to him. As VP, his goofiness was laughed away....because he was VP. It was clear early on that he was vulnerable to the wear and tear of the campaign. That the attacks from rivals and the Right would add up. They have. Add to that the fact that Hunter Biden is his version of “Hillary’s emails.” Then all it takes a few bad losses and the electability shroud gets taken off. It spirals from there.

Trump didn't have anything to do with it. Biden has always been an absolute dumpster fire of a candidate and was destined for this outing. He's clearly going senile and has always been an optics disaster. He was only ever relevant in the first place because the establishment had no other options--Sanders is a nonstarter, Warren is a phony, Buttigieg is way too faggy to win a primary in the new nonwhite Democratic Party and the other Xerox candidates like Harris couldn't chop it. The moment Bloomberg entered, Biden was finished.
