Which team were you the most worried about this year?

To me it was the Auburn game. I felt as though the offense couldn’t quite execute when they needed to. It’s also the only game I didn’t get to watch all the way because of my daughters
homecoming pics. For some reason this is the only game I haven’t watched highlights for. Is it just me? I feel like the dominance we’ve had on offense with every other team we’ve played is our true offense. I guess it bothers me how worried I was with this one compared to any other game we’ve played as I’ve said before, the auburn game worried more than Alabama.

Appreciate the belated concerns after running through the rest of the season and winning the NC, setting numerous records, and winning just about every major award - will be sure to pass along to O and the team.

We had over 500 yards of offense. Went up and down the field and just had a couple bad breaks. Game wasn’t as close as the score appeared

Another thing. How healthy was our defense at the time?

Who cares. LSU won. And then went 15-0 and won the NC.

What an astute observation.

The lowest scoring game was our worst offensively .

Brilliant

The second half of that game was where the running game went next level. UGA was the only team after that to really slow down the run game but we knew we could throw all over them.

Try watching the game again and then get back to us. Yes, LSU only won by 3, but we moved the ball on them pretty easily. Just struggled a bit once we got down field. Auburn's defense was legit.

Also, if you watch it, you'll see that LSU was ahead by 10 with 4 minutes to go. They weren't seriously threatened by Auburn at any point. We had the game under control.

I watched that game closely. We beat Auburn pretty good, just caught a few bad breaks. 508 total yards compared to Auburn's 287. 30 first downs for LSU, 16 for Auburn. The game was rainy, muddy, & sloppy, which benefited a stingy defense team like Auburn while hurting a heavy passing team like LSU. They played us well in the red zone, held to a FG on one drive down there and caused turnover on downs on 2 other opportunities.

Derek Stingley fumbled a punt on like our 10 yd line which set them up for over a third of their points. York missed an extra point. They could not stop Clyde. And they could not move the ball. We gave up 118 yards in penalties.

So, despite shooting ourselves in the foot a couple times and Auburn having a lot of luck in both redzones, they never had a chance to tie or take the lead in the 4th quarter.

Alabama

I knew LSU was gonna bear everyone else, but no win over Alabama just nullifies it

Same two that worry me every year UF and Bama. Playing at Jerkin - Hair worries about the refs but we have won big there in the past.

Mississippi State. I worried their Front 7 would nullify our newfangled air-attack with constant pressure.

I liked being wrong and seeing Burrow's Butt.

Do you even cigar curse bro? NEVER be nervous about Awburn at home. Anyway, my answer would be Alabama. I definitely had some catastrophe syndrome set in in the second half...after that game I knew no one would be touching that team.

The first half of SECCG I was a nervous wreck. Bama a little, but, I guess since we were in the big game it meant more. Hardly nervous at all in the playoffs.

Bama then Clemson.

After watching Michigan with WRs running wide open against Ohio State I knew they could not stop us.
