Just keep those numbers in mind while dumbasses jerk each other off in the Wuhan coronavirus thread.

Pretty sure the death rate of Corona is considerably higher. I’m no Mathematician though.

I'm here to report that the Corona shot was particularly ineffective this year.

The 2014 season death toll is estimated at 50 grand. Somehow we pulled ourselves together and survived.

China is not being honest with their numbers.

That aside, Scruffy agrees that it is overplayed at this time.

Look at the math on how contagious this virus is.

*R0 tells you the average number of people who will catch a disease from one contagious person.

Flu R0 is 1

This means every one person will infect one other.

Wuhan Coronavirus R0 is closer to 4

This means every one person will infect 4.

This means even if the death rate of infected persons is the same or even lower, more will die due to this virus than flu.

Unless my math is off?

A. I don't think people are freaking out
B. The numbers are irrelevant, I don't care if 10 people are infected or 10,000. The steps China has taken are extremely curious based on the numbers they provided. At least that's what has my interest.

Even OP is doing his best MSM reporting.
His own link estimates between 8,000 and 20,000 deaths.
Only puts "20000" in thread title (with the obligatory "up to")
