Tylenol is one of the safest painkillers you can take as long as you don’t exceed the daily limit. It does not affect the cardiovascular system the way NSAIDS do. As long as you’re not drinking on it, it’s incredibly effective and safe to use.

In Louisiana, the air probably IS a carcinogen

California will continue to gain new tax payers every day. The state will be just fine without the moderate republicans leaving.

True, but the problem is this loony electorate is coming to a city and state near you. It's why Texas is turning from red to blue.

Polled

Conservatives 3 times more likely as Liberals to consider moving out of CA

Oh boy, this myth again on the OT. Conservatives are leaving California and moving to other states. Texas is turning blue for a myriad of reasons, but I guess California conservatives might not be why

I have a time/print saving idea for Cali - just put a website up with the EXTREMELY SHORT list of things that the State of California does NOT consider a known carcinogen.

Must be 8 to 10 things on such a list, tops.

Bernie is probably one. Obama another.

Most synthesized drugs today originally cwere discovered natural plants. Aspirin from a willow tree or Pyrethrins(natural insect killer) from the chrysanthemum flower. Now new meds are coming from weed.

Page McConnell’s (keyboardist for Phish) dad, Dr. Jack McConnell, was a developer of Tylenol.

From Page McConnell wiki...

quote:

His father, Dr. Jack B. McConnell, worked at McNeil Laboratories and helped to develop Tylenol and the MRI. The elder McConnell then started a free health clinic, Volunteers in Medicine, that is staffed by retired health workers in Hilton Head, South Carolina.[2] Jack McConnell died in February 2018

Read about him if you care...he was an interesting man who also was instrumental in the NOLA music industry... Dr. Jack McConnell

I don't understand why some of you like ignorance. Tylenol does a number on your system. You should read about it some time. Pot is a hell of a lot safer than Tylenol.

it’s a bunch of simpleton good ole baws on this site. They don’t know any better.

Tylenol is dangerous, far far more dangerous than marijuana. You can’t kill yourself by smoking too much pot but too much Tylenol will absolutely wreak havoc on your liver. A quick google search will tell you how many people are hospitalized each year from acute liver failure due to Tylenol.

Not arguing with you. Just was pointing out how crazy CA and their regulations can be. Can't wait until all those silicon valley corporations get enough of California and start moving their companies to other states.

This was many years ago... but if I remember correctly while in pharm class the guy basically said that if Tylenol was invented today that there would be a very good chance it never passed through the FDA test.

Yes, the smoke from a joint is harmful, but y'know what? There's a number of alternatives to smoking marijuana. The toll that medications like Tylenol can have on your liver are scary to watch, not that I agree with listing it as a carcinogen.
