It's the NYTimes... so either he will go directly to prison and not pass go for even more seditious stuff and they are getting ahead of it with this tiny leak of charges tagged on to many others.
Or he will be cleared as AG Barr already said he wasn't charging him.

Prosecutors actually prosecute crimes. It’s moved from some FBI investigation to Prosecutor reviewing findings and making a criminal charge.
Which means not some kind of hearing before Congress which has no legal effect except putting people on cable news that 10 percent of the population watches, but potential jail.
