Yep. Iran shouldn't have played the game of attacking our embassy. I fully believe that some CIA dipshits were instigating that attack. They were desperately trying to give trump a Benghazi situation. But trump acted too fast and ended that shite before it got bad.

There is a difference in Iran and the fight against say ISIS in that Iran has a central Govt and military that is the aggressor. This makes strategic bombings more effective for us and hopefully we can break them without sending in many ground troops

The MDP is between a rock and a hard place. They're in power right now as Hassan Rouhani is President. However, he is not liked by the more hardline elements in Iran or the more Western secular elements. In 2013, he won the election by over 30 percentage points. In 2017, that was cut in half. If Rouhani thinks he needs the hardline support in 2021, he'll be more aggressive in his posture towards us. That's my take, but crazy4lsu needs to get in here. He's a Middle Eastern encyclopedia.

How do you wipe someone out through air? You can decimate their infrastructure but you don't "wipe them out". We planning on killing the civilians who we also, on this board, act like we care about and support for regime change?
