So first kisses typically occur from ages 10-15

So is comprehending the fact that not everyone has their "first kiss" ages 10-15 apparently

Go make out to the back drop of petrol plants on a polluted river. I bet the smell is wonderful.

No wonder you people think ditch food is 5 star dining.

ETA: Poor babies... I've hurt your fragile feelings.

Alright dip shite let me try to explain this to you.

OP is asking if this place is still a popular place for first kisses, this is implying that lots of people have their first kiss there. The 10-15 age range would cover 80% or more of the demographic of kids who have their first kiss.

Therefor my question still stands valid. How did these kids get to this spot alone and what parents would have let their kids explore the Mississippi water front in downtown baton rewge alone.

Sorry this is so difficult for you to follow but im not explaining it any more for your soft skull. Im fully prepared for you to just down-vote and not respond because there is nothing you can try to say in retaliation.

owned.

I have never heard it called this, nor do I know anyone who has been to that thing in years.

Ive lived in Baton Rouge for 30 years and never heard it called the paper clip or of people going there to make out at night. Not unless you have a death wish

A lot of first kisses were had when I was coming up at the ‘paperclip’. Remember bringing my high school girlfriend there to make out one night.

No because real studs got past first base by taking their women here. Levee South of BR

Is this still a romantic thing in Baton Rouge?

Well if you consider a light stroll out the the end to subtly toss the murder weapon over the edge romantic then that's your spot.

One time, me and a girlfriend walked the pier one night and there was about 5 BRPD motorcycle cops there. They were all working on one of the bikes and just hanging out, and eventually ended up making these jokey, innuendo laden comments to my GF. All loud and boisterous and meathead-esque. We were like 17 or so and it was intimating.
Sounds like typical police brutality.

We had bonfires across the levee at the end of Brightside and did our banging. Had a friend launch his Buick LaSabre over the railroad tracks at Brightside and Nicholson one night and landed in the back of a Vega. Good times.

I was just gonna say something like "older siblings driving them there" but you could probably really use this win
