Six months ought to be the absolute minimum, with most lasting at least a year without developing noticeable holes or fraying. I'm talking a typical polo, good quality brand, washed and worn once a week; not wrestling bears or playing tackle football in it, just normal wear. I feel we're being shortchanged on durability.

Wear more dry fit polos. Wash with whatever, don’t wrinkle, last forever.

Washing and wearing once a week will quickly deteriorate clothing. You need to buy more shirts.

How (settings) are you washing them? Are you washing them with pants? If so, are you zipping up said pants before putting them on to wash?

They do. Theirs are celebrating the SEC Champions, the Georgia Bulldogs and the winners of the last Super Bowl, the Los Angeles Rams.

I have several Nike dry fit polos that are 4-5 years old and I wear them at least every other week.

Not saying you shop at Walmart but cheap clothes definitely only have a life span of about 2 months before they need to be retired. Pay a little extra money and keep your clothes for a year or two before having to buy more.

It's a complete race to the bottom. Cheap materials and cheap labor.

I wear polos and slacks just about everyday to work and wash them after worn. Ralph Lauren's usually last me several years.
