Check out his LinkedIn:

LINK

It says he got his “Batchelorate” in Business Administration from Northwestern State before going to Southern.

It also lists a firm website, but that appears to be defunct.

I've read many letters written by crazy black people and thus am a bit of an expert. Rick from Pawn Stars would consult with me on this topic.

Your crazy black letter is authentic sir, congratulations, quite a find.

Sidenote : land manager at work showed me a crazy black letter not long ago, handwritten in all caps in pencil on looseleaf and mailed from an apartment in Orange, TX.

Gentleman claimed his family owned all of the land south of New Iberia which was given to them by the President as freed slaves. It was then stolen from them by us (our company, white people, or everyone - wasn't clear) and his family is owed rent for the last 200 years.

If we didn't respond with our first payment, the Land Secretary of the United States would be notified by his attorney.

Seems like LSU fans loved the guy (the father). Why?

fricking look at this! This is what you call being laughed out of Court:
quote:

Further, Plaintiff makes blanket allegations against all Defendants collectively that they are, among other things, allegedly engaged in vast anti-trust conspiracies. As just one example, Morton's Salt company is named as a Defendant and "co-conspirator" in this suit, yet there is not a single additional reference to Morton's Salt or any specific facts describing the specific laws that Morton's Salt is alleged to have broken that caused specific injury to Plaintiff and his tribe. The same could be said for the majority of the named Defendants.

So, the dad is one of those sovereign Black-Indian guys, like the folks that take over properties down in NOLA?

In all seriousness, this is exactly why LSU didn’t get the kid, I’d bet. How far away from him would you want to move, as soon as you could? If anything, it’s made me hate him for F’ing over LSU just a little less. Should have went out of our division though, so my hate is still strong, just now, I understand.

I'd like to see if the LSBA takes any action on some of these frivolous pleadings. I tend to doubt it. We got a slue of judges sitting on the 19th who are untouchable.

Chuck - if you are reading this, this is the stuff your office needs to be worried about.

They're reinstated attorneys who were convicted of felonies for public malfeasance and domestic violence. All you need is a friend.
